Katie Ramisch helps small businesses grow by implementing expert, uncomplicated, personalized IT solutions.

Her 20+ years of Information Technology knowledge and experience includes operations and management which includes computer/network support, training and web design.

She started her career as a draftsman in the era when computer-aided design just popped up in the picture. She was hand-picked to transition the Engineering Department to the CAD system.

During her career, she worked on various projects; operations support, software and hardware standardization, process improvement, vendor negotiations, and project management. She was quickly promoted to a program management position where she tracked 90+ employees’ projects with 250+ projects at a Fortune 500 company.

As an IT Analyst, she planned and built an IT Help Desk and a Desktop Operations Department. She successfully ran both departments. With literally no budget, she implemented a database for call tracking, personally trained end-users, implemented processes, procedures and projects, mentored her staff plus conducted support calls.

The last several years, Katie has developed many successful web sites in a variety of systems (HTML, Drupal, Wordpress, etc.).

With her vast experience and expertise in Information Technology, business plus her passion for creativity, she started her own IT consulting firm.
